Shaun Cricks
Founder & CEO, Shaun discovered yoga after breaking his sacrum in an accident that left him unable to use his legs for months. As he regained mobility, yoga became a key part of his recovery and eventually his strength. Years later, another serious accident caused herniated and bulging discs, and he was told to expect lifelong pain and limitations. Instead, yoga restored his movement and helped him rebuild his life.
He was later diagnosed with ulcerative colitis, a condition that controlled much of his day-to-day life until meditation brought him stability and peace. These experiences shifted yoga from a practice to a calling, and they now fuel his mission to help others find the same healing and resilience.
Shaun has been practicing for about 15 years and is a classically trained RYT 500. He earned his 200-hour certification with Manifest Yoga under Tymi Howard at #guruvyoga and completed his 300-hour training in Rishikesh, India, studying with disciples of Swami Rama in the Himalayan tradition. There he deepened his study of Ashtanga, Hatha, Pranayama, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, and mantra, receiving the name Shankar from his meditation teacher.
He now teaches classes designed to strengthen the body, steady the mind, and reconnect students with their own inner power and peace.

Jenny
Jenny began practicing yoga in 1999, falling in love with the alignment principles and structure of Ashtanga yoga.
Jenny completed her Yoga Teacher Training at Black Bear Yoga Studio. She also volunteers her time teaching adaptive chair yoga to amputees and their caregivers, sharing her passion for yoga in a way that fosters connection, healing, and empowerment.
Jenny’s classes are a well-balanced blend of pranayama, Vinyasa, empowering postures, and a beautifully restorative savasana. Inspired by her love of nature, the ocean, and the transformative power of yoga, Jenny strives to help others find strength, balance, and peace both on and off the mat.

The love that is sharing it with those who seek it along their journey came to be one of her fondest desires in life.
