•We’ve provided beautiful new furniture and storage at the front of the studio. Please leave your shoes underneath the benches and place your personal items in the designated storage areas.

•To ensure a peaceful environment, please turn off all cell phones and watches before class.

•We welcome practitioners of all levels. Please follow the teacher’s guidance and the class flow rather than doing your own routine.

•No children under the age of 12 are allowed in the studio. Children over the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent and have a signed waiver.

•We strive to maintain a positive and respectful atmosphere. Any behavior that could be upsetting to others may result in removal from the class or the studio.

•While drop-ins are always welcome, we kindly ask that you register in advance to help us gauge class sizes and ensure a smooth experience for everyone.

•Please maintain a quiet environment before and after class to give everyone space to transition peacefully

.•For the privacy and comfort of all participants, filming or photography during class is not permitted.
